CarReport takes all reasonable measures to ensure that the quality of each report provided is of the highest quality with maxiumum information available regarding each vehicle.

After purchase of a CarReport, cancellations are accepted only in the event that verified details regarding the vehicle are found to be incorrect, excluding the Vehicle Valuation or any fields input by the user.

No cancellation or refunds are accepted due to missing information, perceived or otherwise.

CarReport does not have a record of every accident in which all vehicles were involved, and can not be held accountable or liable for any information which might be missing. For more information on this please refer to our Disclaimer.
